How this list was compiled

A list of 109 neighborhood group names written by Wheel of Teams on 2026-10-02 and filed in five groups. The first group is patterns with a blank for the name of a street or a place. Every other name is made of everyday words of a street: porches, block parties, gardens, cleanups and the group chat. None was taken from an association, a program, an app or a real neighborhood. Each name was searched on Wikipedia the same day, and a name found there as an organization, a show, a book, a song or an album was taken out. Compared with every other list on this site on 2026-10-02 and again on 2026-10-03: no name is repeated. The .com and .org address that each whole name spells was asked for on 2026-10-03 and every page that answered was read: a coined name in use there by a company, a band, a shop or a real group was taken out, and a plain term was kept. Plain words are shared widely, so a group somewhere may already use one of these names. Two names were replaced later on 2026-10-03 and given the same Wikipedia and address look-ups; nothing answered for them. Nothing was checked against a trademark register. Licence: own work
