Five sets in the menu

Triathlon words in the names
The two changes of sport are called transitions: T1 from the swim to the bike and T2 from the bike to the run. They happen in a transition area, where a rack holds each bike. A brick is a back-to-back workout in two disciplines, most often cycling then running.
