How it works
This online scoreboard app has nothing to install on a phone, a tablet or a laptop. It opens on two tiles, Home and Guests. Tap a side to add a point. The score is still there after a reload.

Tap a side to score
Tap Home or Guests and that side goes up by one; on a keyboard, press F or J. The −1 on a tile takes a point back, and Undo takes back the last tap.
Load the board for your game
Open More options and choose under Counter presets, or press a name in the list under the tool: an air hockey scoreboard, a table tennis scoreboard app, a foosball scoreboard, a 9 ball score keeper for racks, a badminton scoreboard, or a contest scoreboard with a total.
Build your own scoreboard
Type your own names over Home and Guests in Your counters, one on each line, up to twelve, before the first point. Each name becomes a tile of this on-screen, customizable scoreboard.
For a computer scoreboard on a big screen, join a laptop to a television and score with the keys.
Reset clears every tile at once and asks first. Note the games or sets won before you press it.
Questions and answers
Is this scoreboard app free?
Yes. It is a free web page with no account and nothing to download. The score and any names you type are kept in your own browser and are sent nowhere.
Does it run on a phone and on a PC?
Both. As a mobile scoreboard each tile is one large button. As a score keeper for PC, the keys count: F and J on a two-sided board, the key shown on each tile on a bigger one, and Z for undo.
What is the best scoreboard app for a casual game?
That depends on the game. This digital scoreboard app suits one where somebody taps in each point, for two sides or up to twelve players. It has no game clock, no shot clock and no control from a second phone.
Is there a volleyball scoreboard app here?
A simple one. The board Volleyball: one set to 25 counts one set and works out the lead like a small scoreboard calculator, since a set needs a lead of two. Reset starts the next set.
Which other games and contests does it cover?
A futsal scoreboard or a netball scoreboard needs only Home and Guests. A competition scoreboard for six entrants shows each share of the total, and the tournament scoreboard counts one team's wins, draws and losses.

Table and bar games 4
Air hockey: first to 7One tile for each end of the table. A game of air hockey goes to the first player to reach 7 points. Tap the scorer after each goal; Reset clears the board for the next game.
Foosball: goals for each sideTwo tiles, Red and Blue, one for each side. Table football is won by the first side to a number of goals agreed before the start: five, ten and eleven are the usual ones in competition.
Pool: racks won in a raceFor 8-ball or 9-ball. Tap the winner of each rack. A race is the number of racks a player must win, agreed before the break: in a race to 7 the first tile to show 7 has the match.
Table tennis: one game to 11A game is won at 11 points, and from 10-all by the first player to lead by 2. The line under the tiles shows Player A minus Player B, so a minus sign means B is ahead. A match is the best of an odd number of games: Reset between them.
Court games 3
Badminton: one game to 21A game goes to 21 points. From 20-all a side needs a lead of 2, and at 29-all the next point wins. The line under the tiles shows Side A minus Side B. Best of three games wins a match.
Basketball: both scores and the periodEach tap is one point, so tap twice for a field goal and three times for a three-pointer. The third tile counts the period: four quarters in most rule books, two halves in the men's college game.
Volleyball: one set to 25A set goes to 25 points with a lead of at least 2, and the match to the team that wins three sets. A deciding fifth set is played to 15, again with a lead of 2. The line under the tiles shows Home minus Guests.
Quiz nights and contests 3
Contest entrants with sharesSix entrants, a Total line and the share of each: for a show of hands, a bake-off, a chili cook-off or any vote counted one tap at a time.
Quiz night: five tables with a totalOne tile for each table of a quiz, with a Total line. Tap once for each right answer as the sheets are marked, then read the tiles out from last place to first.
Tournament day: wins, draws and lossesOne team's record through a round robin. Tap Wins, Draws or Losses after each game. The Points line is worked out as 3 for a win and 1 for a draw: a tournament that counts another way reads the three tiles and leaves the line.
How this list was compiled: The boards, their tile names and their key layouts were designed and written by the editors for this page. Each game's winning score was read on 5 October 2026: air hockey (first to 7), table tennis (11 points, a lead of 2 from 10-all), badminton (21 points, a lead of 2 from 20-all, the 30th point at 29-all, best of three games), table football (a set number of goals, in competition mostly five, ten or eleven), the race in pool and the periods of basketball from the English Wikipedia articles Air hockey, Table tennis, Badminton, Table football, Glossary of cue sports terms, Nine-ball and Basketball; volleyball (25 points with a lead of 2, three sets to win, a fifth set to 15) from rules 6.2 and 6.3 of the FIVB Official Volleyball Rules 2025-2028, at fivb.com.
