In a 4 team round robin tournament every team plays the other three once: six games in three rounds, no byes. The example runs 30-minute games on two courts, 9:00 to 10:30 am. Type your teams over the sample names.

Six games on one court or two
Two courts play a whole round at once, so all four teams play three games running and nobody is spare to referee. A third court is never used. On one court the day ends at 12:00 pm: two teams are off court in every slot, and two teams never play twice in a row.
What the draw changes, and what it cannot
Four teams can pair off in only three ways, so every draw holds the same three rounds. The draw decides which round comes first, who is listed first and who plays on which court. Untick Random draw and lines 1 and 2 meet last, while line 3 plays every game on court 2.
Tips
- Twice (double) is six rounds and 12 games, 9:00 to 12:00 pm on two courts, with three games per team on each court.

Questions and answers
What is on a printed 4 team round robin tournament bracket?
Three round tables, two games each, with a time and a court for every game. For standings, Print results grid prints a blank all-play-all grid: a row for each team, a box for every meeting, and W, D, L and Pts columns.
Does a 4 person round robin bracket work the same way?
Yes. Type four players, one per line, and each plays the other three once. With one table, board or mat, set Courts or pitches to 1: the six games run one after another, three hours at 30 minutes each. The page still says teams.
Can a four team round robin end in a tie?
With no drawn games, all four cannot finish level: six wins do not split four ways. Three can. When one team loses every game, the other three may each win two, having beaten one another in a circle. Head-to-head cannot separate them.
