One press, five leagues
The pool is 32 NFL teams, 30 NBA, 30 MLB, 32 NHL and 15 WNBA, each list checked against its league on 18 September 2026. Choose a league in the box beside the button to draw from that league alone. The link under a result opens that league's own wheel, with filters of its own and a mode that takes winners off.

Questions and answers
How many professional sports teams are in the pool?
139 as of September 2026: 32 in the NFL, 30 in the NBA, 30 in MLB, 32 in the NHL and 15 in the WNBA. The count comes from the five team lists on this site, which name their sources and dates.
Is every team equally likely?
Yes. Each of the 139 has the same chance, and the draw happens in your browser when you press. Bigger leagues fill more of the pool, so football and hockey teams come up most often and a WNBA team about one press in nine.
Can I use it as a random sports team picker for one league?
Yes. Choose NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL or WNBA beside the button and only that league is drawn. To narrow to a conference or division, open the league's own page, such as the NBA wheel or the NHL wheel.
Are soccer and college teams included?
No. They have wheels of their own: 144 soccer clubs, college football and college basketball. Those three lists hold 429 teams, three times this pool, and would swamp the pro teams.
