A flag football sign up sheet
Flag football has no Weight or Position box. It asks for name, grade, shirt size and phone.
A football sign up sheet for 6th grade, or any one grade
On paper the top line has a Grade blank. Print a copy for each grade and write 6th on one. A sign up sheet for 3rd and 4th grade football, where the two play as one team, gets both grades on that line.
Questions and answers
Is this football sign up sheet template free?
Yes. The main button prints the sheet as it stands, on one portrait page of US Letter or A4: empty boxes if you typed nothing, your names if you did.
What weight limit does the sheet use?
None. No limit and no number is printed. Weight is an empty box for the player's weight in pounds.
Can families sign up online with it?
No. It is a paper sheet and takes no entries over the internet. Type in the players you already know, print it, and everyone else signs by pen at the table.
