How it works

This wrestling sign up sheet opens on 20 numbered lines with a weight class box, so a coach sees which weights are covered before practice starts. Print it blank or type the names in first. Nothing you type is sent.

Questions and answers

Is this a printable wrestling sign up sheet?

Yes. It prints on one portrait page of US Letter or A4, with the boxes empty or with the names you typed. Twenty lines is the opening size, and 25 still fit the page.

Does the sheet list the weight classes?

No. Wrestlers are matched by weight class, but there is no single list: US high schools use one of three sets, chosen state by state, and middle school classes vary by state. The box is left for your own.

Can I use it for entries to a wrestling tournament?

It is made for joining a team. For entries to an event, the tournament sign up sheet has waiting-list lines, a Fee paid box and a check-in sheet for the day.
