How it works

This sign up sheet for pickleball is laid out for open play: twelve games, with four waiting-list lines under them. Print it blank or type the times in first. Nothing you type is sent.

Open play on more than one court

Two courts at the same time take two lines: the same time twice, then Court 1 and Court 2. Type the times and courts before you print, and the four name boxes stay empty for the pen.

Pickleball sign up sheets for a round robin or league night

Player list is the second sheet: one name to a line with Level and Phone, for a night where the organizer makes the games. Once the names are in, the pickleball round robin generator gives 4 to 24 players a new partner every round.

Questions and answers

Are these pickleball sign up sheets free to print?

Yes, both sheets, with no account to make. Each size up to 24 games prints on a single page of US Letter or A4.

How many players sign up for one pickleball court?

Four for doubles, two on each side of the net, which is why a line has four name boxes. Singles is two players.

What is a self-rating in pickleball?

The number a player gives their own game after judging it against a table of skills, generally from 1 to 6 in half steps. Social play often goes by it, and it is what the Level box asks for.

Can players sign up online with this sheet?

No. It is a sheet of paper for the fence or the clubhouse wall, signed by pen. Sign-ups by phone need a booking service, which this is not.
