How it works

This cheer sign up sheet opens on 20 numbered lines with boxes for stunt role and tumbling, so a coach knows the room before tryouts start. Print it blank or type the names in first. Nothing you type is sent.

A group stunt usually takes a flyer, two bases and a back spot. Count the Stunt role box once the lines are full: it shows which of the three the room is short of.

Cheer sign up sheets for a youth squad

No. It only gathers who is coming. For the day itself, the cheerleading score sheet has a tryout sheet that scores each candidate by number and adds the marks up.
