How it works
This wrestling score sheet is for folkstyle, the high school and college style: a row for each kind of score, with near-fall and penalty points typed as points. A second sheet keeps a dual meet's team score bout by bout.

Score a match
Type the wrestlers' names under Green and Red, the home and the visiting anklet. After each score, raise that wrestler's count: a takedown counts 3, an escape 1, a reversal 2. Near falls go in as points, 2, 3 or 4 each, and so do penalty points.
Dual meet
Dual meet has a row for each bout. Type the team points its winner earned: 3 for a decision, 4 for a major decision, 5 for a technical fall, 6 for a fall, forfeit, default or disqualification. The team score so far shows under each bout.
- A win by 8 to 14 points is a major decision; by 15 or more, a technical fall.
Questions and answers
Is there a wrestling score sheet PDF?
Yes. Open the sheet you want, print it with nothing typed, and save it as a PDF from the print window. The match sheet and the dual meet sheet are one page each.
Is there a printable wrestling score sheet for a dual meet?
Yes: the Dual meet sheet prints with 14 numbered bouts, the weight classes most high school states wrestle, two team columns and a team score line. A college dual has ten bouts, so take the spare rows off first.
How are points scored in folkstyle wrestling?
A takedown is 3 points, an escape 1, a reversal 2, and a near fall 2, 3 or 4 by how long it is held. Penalty points, 1 or 2 at a time, go to the opponent. College adds 1 point for riding time.
